My Air Selangor bill suddenly jumped. Could it be a hidden leak?
Often, yes. Turn off every tap and watch the meter. If it still moves, there is a leak, usually a running toilet or a concealed or underground pipe, and we can pinpoint it for you.
Why is the water pump inspection RM80 and not waived?
The RM80 covers dedicated diagnostic time for pumps, including pressure and electrical testing, which takes longer than a general check. It is charged even if you do not proceed with the repair.
Water is leaking from the unit above me. What should I do?
Photograph the damage, inform your JMB or MC, and have the source confirmed. Under the Strata Management Act 2013 the management body can help determine responsibility, and our findings report helps.
