## Roof Leak Problems in Kajang? Fast Help Available

The Local Problem

### Shared shophouse roofs in Kajang's pre-war core

Water drips through the ceiling of one shop lot during a storm, yet the roof directly above looks fine.

**Why it happens here:** Kajang's town centre dates from the 1870s, and its pre-war shophouses share long continuous roofs with old flashing and rusted gutters. When one section fails, water travels along the roof before dropping through a neighbour's ceiling.

**How we fix it:** Our roof leak repair team traces the real entry point across the shared roof before patching, then checks the gutters and downpipes that serve your unit.

### A burst pipe after midnight

Close the main stopcock at your meter and call the 24/7 line. We stop the water first, then quote the permanent repair.

### A water bill that suddenly jumped

A running toilet or a concealed pipe is the usual culprit. Leak detection finds it without trial-and-error hacking.

### A ceiling stain that keeps coming back

We test the roof, the pipes and the waterproofing so the real source gets fixed, not just the stain.

### Choked toilets and floor traps

Cleared mechanically, not with harsh chemicals, then we check the trap and line so the choke stays gone.

Local Knowledge

## Roof Leak Specialists for Old Town Shophouses

Kajang's old town took shape in the 1870s, and its pre-war shophouses still share long roofs and ageing gutters. Newer estates in **Sungai Chua**, **Taman Prima Saujana** and **Saujana Impian** keep our roof leak and water tank teams busy as well.

Hulu Langat was among the hardest-hit districts in the December 2021 floods, so after heavy storms we check drains, tank overflows and ceiling spaces along with the leak you called about. We reach the town via the **Cheras-Kajang Expressway** and **SILK Highway**, and it anchors our wider Hulu Langat route.

### Our Hulu Langat Route

We reach the town along the Cheras corridor and the **SILK Highway**, with **MRT Kajang** marking the edge of the town centre. It is also our gateway to the wider **Hulu Langat** area, so we often combine Kajang, Bangi and Semenyih calls. Emergencies run 24/7; standard jobs are scheduled.

### Homes and Shops

**Shophouses in Kajang Town** need roof, flashing and drain work. **Terraces in Sungai Chua and Taman Prima Saujana** call us for roof tanks, float valves and corroded pipes, while **Saujana Impian** homes often need booster pumps and bathroom leak repairs. Got Questions?

## What Kajang Residents Ask Us

Local answers for homeowners, landlords and tenants.

### Can you fix leaks in old Kajang Town shophouses?

Yes. The pre-war shophouses in the town centre share long continuous roofs, so we trace the real entry point before patching, then handle drain blockages and supply pipe repairs for the business below.

### Can you clean my roof tank in Sungai Chua?

Yes. We drain, scrub and sanitise the tank, then check the float valve, overflow and scour pipe before refilling.

### Do you check for damage after heavy storms?

Yes. Hulu Langat was among the worst-hit districts in the December 2021 floods, so after a storm we check drains, tank overflows and ceiling spaces as well as the main problem.

### What is the inspection fee here?

An RM30 troubleshooting visit, which is dropped when you go ahead with our quote. Pump checks are a separate fixed RM80.

### How soon can you come?

Emergencies are handled 24/7. Routine work is booked into our Hulu Langat schedule, often within a short wait.

### Still have a question?

Send us a photo of the problem on WhatsApp and we will tell you what it likely is and what it costs to check.
