Sound Familiar? ## Ceiling Stains or Roof Leaks in Ampang? The Local Problem ### Condo ceiling stain or terrace roof leak: which one is yours? A damp patch spreads across the ceiling and you cannot tell whether it is rain, a pipe or the bathroom upstairs. **Why it happens here:** Ampang mixes high-rises in Ampang Hilir with older terraces in Taman Melawati and Pandan Indah. Strata law presumes a condo leak starts in the unit above, while landed homes usually leak through valley gutters, so the right test depends on where you live. **How we fix it:** Our waterproofing team tests pipes, traps and membranes in condos; on landed homes we inspect the roof first, then quote either waterproofing or roof leak repair. ![Plumber explaining repair findings and a written quote to a homeowner](https://placehold.co/900x650/1C2541/FFFFFF?text=Plumber+explaining+repair+findings+to+a+Malaysian+homeowner+at+the+kitchen+table+with+a+written+quotation+and+photos+on+a+phone) RM30\* Check-up fee, waived when you approve the quote ### A burst pipe after midnight Close the main stopcock at your meter and call the 24/7 line. We stop the water first, then quote the permanent repair. ### A water bill that suddenly jumped A running toilet or a concealed pipe is the usual culprit. Leak detection finds it without trial-and-error hacking. ### A ceiling stain that keeps coming back We test the roof, the pipes and the waterproofing so the real source gets fixed, not just the stain. ### Choked toilets and floor traps Cleared mechanically, not with harsh chemicals, then we check the trap and line so the choke stays gone. Got Questions? ## Ampang Plumbing Questions Answered Local answers for homeowners, landlords and tenants. ### Do you fix inter-floor leaks in Ampang Hilir condos? Yes. Strata law presumes an inter-floor leak comes from the upper unit unless its owner proves otherwise, so we test pipes, floor traps and waterproofing and give management a clear findings report. ### Do you repair roof leaks on Taman Melawati terraces? Yes. Valley gutters, cracked tiles and flashing are the usual causes in Taman Melawati and Pandan Indah. We inspect, quote and repair in dry weather. ### Which parts of Ampang do you serve? Ampang Jaya, Taman Ampang Utama, Pandan Indah, Taman Melawati and Ampang Hilir. ### What does a callout cost? Our troubleshooting visit is RM30 and it is waived once you approve the repair. Most standard repairs land between RM80 and RM500. ### Is your service available after midnight? Yes, the emergency line stays open around the clock for bursts, flooding and serious leaks from Pandan Jaya to Melawati. ### Still have a question?
